Evaluation: Elevated prolactin level and symptoms of amenorrhea and visual changes may be due to prolactinoma, a benign tumor of the pituitary gland. You should be evaluated by your doctor and imaging with MRI would help diagnose this condition.

High prolactin: The blood tests and symptoms you are reporting are very abnormal. You should call your doctor immediately for an examination to determine the cause of the abnormal tests.

See your eye doctor : This could be due to a benign pituitary gland tumor (prolactinoma) producing high levels of prolactin. The most common type of pituitary gland tumor. Due to the proximity of the pituitary gland to the optic nerves it can cause visual symptoms. Typically decreased vision on the right and left visual field (bitemporal hemianopsia). Your eye doctor may get a visual field test and a brain scan.
