Hypnopompic: Hypnopompic hallucinations are dreams that occur just on the edge of sleep when you are waking up. If they occur with other symptoms they are indicative of a sleep disorder. Otherwise they are normal. It means you are having rem episodes on the verge of wakefulness. You should be paralyzed during rem. If you are not, see a sleep doctor. Make sure you are not sleep restricted or caffienated.
