IUD Replacement: Based on your concerns about your breasts, i'm assuming you have a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud, which means you should have it replaced. The daily dose of hormone released drops off after 5 years and efficacy decreases (marginally; can be effective up to 7 years), but that may be enough of a fluctuation to affect your tenderness. You could also be pregnant, so get tested just in case.
