When it come back it tends to come back locally within the bladder and can be treated again. Speak with doctor: I'm afraid that there are almost always chances of recurrence with cancers. In order to specifically give you the risks, one usually would need to know more detail in regards to your cancer such as how extensive it was into the tissues or if it infiltrated into lymph nodes. The best person to ask would be your cancer doctor.
