Cut it off: She can see a doctor who can numb it up and cut it off. An old time remedy would be tying a piece of thread around it tired as tight as possibles and wait till it dies and falls off.

See Dr.: Not quite sure if the skin tag is related to the pregnancy, as it may just be a coincidence in timing (if it is indeed a skin tag-which have no relationship to pregnancy). Skin tags can be annoying, more psychologically as they are most often not aesthetically pleasing, and on the nipple, it can be even more unsettling. See a dermatologist and they could easily remove the lesion for you. Best.
