My nipple is very dry. when i take a shower it has a full layer of completely dead skin on top. how do i get rid of it?

Moisture: If you keep the sin layers moist, with applications of a water based gel or just plain water the dead cells will loosen. They can be teased off with a cotton bud or gentile coaxing with a moist rag. It may take some time but should work. Try not to be too aggressive in pealing it off as the area is sensitive & beading from surrounding live tissue may occur & be an entry point for infection.
