Viral infection.: The symptoms you describe and the duration of these symptoms strongly suggest a viral infection, involving both the respiratory and GI tract. These symptoms may last for 2 or 3 weeks. Therefore, see your doctor for symptomatic relief with appropriate medications. Not an antibiotic.
