Semen culture: It would be helpful to know what is being treated, why you had semen cultures done and what antibiotics were prescribed and in what doses. Rephrase the question and provide more information. Thanks.

Not bad!: These bacteria (coagulase neg staph and Alpha hemolytic strep not gp d) live on our skin. They may or may not represent a real infection. Because they could come to semen from the skin of the penis at the time of getting the sample. Whether they represent a significant infection is based on the judgment of the doc who sees you. However, these bugs should respond well to your antibiotics.
