How long do you have to stay in a hospital for insulin overdose?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Intentional?: Depending on the type of Insulin you're referring to, hypoglycemia from an Insulin overdose may take anywhere from several hours to more than 24 hours to wear off. However, if the overdose was intentional, or, if the patient has had a lot of difficulty with diabetes management, a longer stay may be necessary to sort things out.
