Uncertain: Hypothyroidism and hyperparathyroidism are two completely different disorders and generally are not connected to each other. You are on a very small dose of levothyroxine. If your thyroid levels are normal, your symptoms are likely unrelated. Hyperparathyroidism can cause fatigue, but treating it will not change your metabolism. Nevertheless, it should be treated surgically in your age group.
