It's hard to know: What all affects growth -- but we do know that genetics and nutrition are strong factors. Daily hookah smoking is not supportive of health, yet it's hard to estimate how many centimeters of height would be affected. More likely factors again, is genetic inheritance from both your parents. In other words, your height would be similar to theirs or their other family members'.

Depends: On when you stopped growing, which is determined in part by genetics and in part by environmental factors (diet, calcium intake, activity, other illnesses). The growth plates at the end of bones can reach their maximum in some people in early teens, most in mid-to-late teens, and occasionally even into early 20s. How many cms cannot be known, but you can guess by average height of your siblings.
