Go back to your dr.: Call your doctor's office, and let them know you still have pain, and earache and now hacking up mucous. It doesn't sound like it's been resolved, and your doctor needs to see your ears again, and take care of this to see if it's allergy related, or before it leads to a slight infection. Unable to tell without a physical exam. S/he can prescribe something to alleviate your pain quickly.
