?muscular: I wouldn't expect gas to remain in one spot for 2 days. Since you note that movement affects the discomfort, it could be muscular from a strain. Is the area tender to touch superficially or deeply? Do you have a scar from old surgery there? Is there a lump from a small umbilical hernia. See your physician if the distress persists or worsens.
