2 days now i've been feeling gas like pain a few inches above my belly button.feels like bubbles. but i only feel it if i move a certain way.just gas?

Is the area tender to touch superficially or deeply? Do you have a scar from old surgery there? Is there a lump from a small umbilical hernia. See your physician if the distress persists or worsens.
