Remeron (mirtazapine): Remeron (mirtazapine) has been reported to raise both cholesterol and triglycerides. I advise speaking with your pharmacist and psychiatrist who may have more knowledge about this and other antidepressants.

Remeron: Remeron has been associated with reports of hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus and weight gain. You didn't tell us what medical condition you are being treated for. If you have depression - talk with your doctor about an SSRI (like Lexapro, Celexa, Prozac, Zoloft, etc.).
