I have a circular lump at the top of my ear where the skin folds, what could it be ?

Hard to say: Could be a benign cyst. The ears are very cystic structures in general. If it is tender it could be a condition called chondrodermatitis nodularis helicus. However, to be sure have it checked out by a dermatologist.
