Many differing dx: If you shave or use hair removers, these could certainly lead to an itchy, inflammatory process in the pubic area. Contact dermatitis, or a sensitivity or allergy, could also do this. Yeast infections from sweating are yet another possibility. Then there are infectious, contagious processes like pubic lice and scabies that could be culprits.

Get eval: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
