Blood clot?: If one leg is much worse than the other, and is red, and particularly if it is red and tender, you should be concerned that you a thrombus (blood clot) somewhere in the veins of your leg or pelvis. This is particularly true if this is a new change. I recommend that you be examined, and perhaps have an ultrasound of the venous system.
