Take all your meds: Your doctor probably gave you an antibiotic for 7 to 10 days. You need to take all of it and not stop when you feel better. Please do the other things he/she may have said like drinking lots of fluids and getting rest. If it is simply a cold it will pass soon. If not, please go bac to the doc. Peace and good health.
