Possibly: It is unusual for the pain to go down the arm to the finger. If there is also neck pain, you need to be concerned about a radiculopathy or herniated disc in the neck as the cause. This is due to compression of the nerve that goes from the neck down to the arm. It is also possible that you have both the frozen shoulder and the compressed nerve both contributors to the pain.
