Is amoxicillin one of the antibiotics that is safe to use in patients with myasthenia gravis?

Usually no issue: As a general rule the -mycin type antibiotics are to be eschewed, and many of the others really do not act to interfere with myasthenia treatment control. But the real issue is potential drug resistance from the infecting organism, and in some cases, risky antibiotics are better in curing the infection.
