Ectopic pregnancy: With ectopic pregnancy, one may have the usual symptoms of a normal pregnancy(nausea, tender breasts, etc) but then have abdominal pain and abnormal vaginal bleeding. Pregnancy tests won't turn positive until about 9 days after ovulation. If your regular menstrual cycle is 28 days, then positivity would occur around day 24 with the blood test and a few days later with the urine test. Obgyn for advice.
