No: You have a hormonal imbalance. You might need oral hormones to straighten your periods out if it is bothersome for you but it is not dangerous.

Poss but unlikely: Although unlikely, there is a chance you could pregnant even with your tubes tied. Tubal ligation is meant to permanent but it is not perfect. I suggest a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. However, your irregular menses is more likely "irregular menses", with hormonal causes.
