Tums (calcium carbonate) won't do it: Please get examined by a doc. A natural approach is to use lots of dgl. Dgl is licorice supplement but it has an enzyme removed that can raise BP licorice is eaten over a long period of time. Avoiding acid-forming foods can help and don't lie down right after eating.
