Pretty sure i have dermatographia and it's interfering with life. any way i can get rid of it or calm it down? may have some other allergy too (hives)

Try two meds: It is chronic hive. Consider use zyrtec and zantac (ranitidine). It may help. Good luck.

Antihistamine: I would consider using antihistamine such as zyrtec (cetirizine) 10 mg up to 4 doses daily if necessary and tolerated. Note that dry skin itself may cause dermatographism and thus consider using only unscented and lotion soap and apply a good moisturizer all over immediately after bathing.
