Try two meds: It is chronic hive. Consider use zyrtec and zantac (ranitidine). It may help. Good luck.

Antihistamine: I would consider using antihistamine such as zyrtec (cetirizine) 10 mg up to 4 doses daily if necessary and tolerated. Note that dry skin itself may cause dermatographism and thus consider using only unscented and lotion soap and apply a good moisturizer all over immediately after bathing. Let us know whether this works for you.

I am allergic to hay, each allergy attack causes red spots and hives. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) gets rid of the hives but not the red dots. How can I get rid of them?
