We have a 10 year old with enuresis, is there a cure?

Sort of: If you are asking about nocturnal enuresis, bedwetting alarms "cure" about 3 out of 4 users. Go to http://www.Healthychildren.Org and search on "bedwetting". The first item [waking up dry: helping your child overcome bedwetting] is an excellent review. If you are asking about daytime enuresis, that is a more complex issue that should be taken up with the pediatrician or family doctor.

Definitely: Stepwise; 1)eliminate fluids after supper, 2)toilet a couple of hours after he goes to bed, 3)try a bedwetting alarm such as malem, wet-stop or nytone. They buzz ehen area on underwants get wet.Parents must get up and hel;p switch off.Eventually childs brain reacts to sensation of bladder fullness & wakes or learns to control, 4)medication to reduce nocturnal urine production, or up bladder capacity.
