Pain in legs : While standing, could be spinal stenosis. Problems urinating could be enlarge prostate, or issues with the back also. Tiredness may have multiple sources, from anemia, to heart to cancer. Go see you physician. Good luck!

Needs Check up in ER: If the symptoms are acute in onset, he should be evaluated in the er as he will need a thorough and complete examination including blood and urine test and may need imaging test like cat scan etc. We can not tell you on this site what it can.
