Antipsychotics withdrawal is causing tiredness and weakness in legs when waking up. will the strength return?

It will: Antipsychotics don't typically cause this kind of withdrawal. If you've been taking a high dose for a while, you may experience a tremor in your hands or mouth but weakness is unusual. It may be that the medication is still lingering in your system. If you must be on this medication, talk to your doctor about less sedating antipsychotics...They do exist.

Easy does it: If you are taking antipsychotics, you need to be under medical supervision. They need to be withdrawn only under a physician's care.
