Mabe not.: You should only be charged for completed treatment. If you were initially treated by one dentist who then referred you to his partner to complete the treatment you should only be billed once. Talk to them. Probably just a billing error.

Depends: If the endodontist explained before the procedure started that the procedure did not have a 100% success rate and you elected to go ahead with the procedure despite this then usually a charge would be considered reasonable. If you were not fully informed in advance of a potential failure then you may have a case to ask for a refund.

Ambiguous: How do you know it is not successful if he has not finished it? Also, more facts are needed to give you a proper answer. Why was it not successful? Did you comply with instructions given?
