I have a ball of pressure tucked under my left rib cage. it becomes more obvious if i breathe deeply or bend. could this be an issue of bad posture?

Not necessarily: Bad posture, but could be related to spinal alignment, rib dysfunction, lipoma, or irritated nerve. While these are possible, that area has some important structures internally, such as your stomach, spleen, splenic flexure of colon and even kidney a little lower down, so don't discount these other structures. Best to have history and physical to be sure. Hope that helps!
