I had a bbt spike, but it did not stay high for me. is this a sign of low progesterone? if it is and i am ttc, can i use progesterone cream?

No: Bbt are very inaccurate and not very useful. There are better ways of prediction ovulation. Low Progesterone is caused by not ovulating. Giving Progesterone does not fix the problem of ovulation. Find the source of the problem if there is one.
