I have this grape size or bigger, lump under my brow bone. it is really hard and drains a little puss and blood. what is it? what is should i do?

Lump under brow: You need an exam as soon as possible. Any lumps or bumps in the head and neck--particularly of this size--which drain may be simple benign cysts or skin infections. But a bump under the brow you describe is near the eye and therefore dangerous on its own. But it also raises suspicion of a mass that is involved with a gland associated with the eye.
