A member asked:

Does repeated treatment with gonadotropin to induce ovulation increase serum fsh exactly 2 weeks after the last injection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Elevated FSH: No, the gonadotropins that you take for ovulation induction only increase the fsh level for a short period (that is why you have to take them daily). If you have not taken medication for 2 weeks then the serum fsh value reflects what your pituitary gland is producing.
