Sensory neuropathy: May be a "small fiber sensory neuropathy". I would try taking a b-vitamin complex as deficiency may cause neuropathy or inflammation of a nerve fiber, and analyze diet to make sure it is balanced, especially with alcohol use. Check for diabetes, and for any possible medication side effects.
