No: The fungii that cause nail fungal infection (trichophyton and epidemophytum) are different than yeast infection of the throat (candidia). However if you are prone to opportunistic infection (suppressed immune system, etc) you are more likely to get both but the spread of the nail to the throat is extremely unlikely. I hope you are seeing your pcp for these matters to monitor your overall health.
