My husband stretches his ears with gauges and this last time he stretched the bottom of his lobe became black and thinned with bleeding and pus..help

Tell him don't do it: Why does he stretches his ears? He has probably injured his ear tissue and then bled and form a hematoma and then it became infected. He needs to see someone and most likely the hematoma needs to be drained and he needs to be on antibiotics.
