Incontinence: It is a common problem in adults. Treatment depends upon the type of incontinence. Failure to store urine or empty ? Do consult an urologist postvoid residual urine is probably the single most piece of information in understanding incontinence. Urgency incont can be treated with medicine, bladder surgery. Stress inc with 'slings, suspensions', vaginal pessaries, or estrogen therapy.
