Don't rush it: Recovery after a miscarriage is not just physical; there is an emotional loss also. The woman needs care and time to grieve. In general she needs a healthy diet, with proteins, veggies, and fruits -- and lots of love and support. Depending on her state, professional counseling may be needed also. By the way -- heavy smoking or exposure to 2nd hand smoke is not healthy for either of you. Be well.
