Metallic taste: There is no one answer for a metallic taste in the mouth, and it is possible there is no treatment. It could be tooth or gum related, infection, injury, allergies, acid reflux, stomach ulcers, etc. If this continues beyond 7-10 days, see your dentist, oral surgeon, or ENT specialist or an examination.

Try: Try flossing 1x/day every day. Try gently brushing the top of your tongue when thou brush your teeth. Try brushing 2 full minutes by the clock 2x/day. If that doesn't work see your physician to check for side effects from meds you are taking, gerd, or other systemic problems.
