Caution: With undue trauma (such as a whiplash injury), you could cause damage to your cervical spine. I cannot say what precautions you should follow because the differences in the degree if stenosis points in the direction of treatment like pt verse surgery and everything in between. Avoid any physician who wanted to do high velocity manipulation at this time. Consider seeing a neurosurgeon to clarify.
