Not heart: When you inhale deeply, you stretch the intercostal and pectoral muscles of the chest wall which can become sore and hurt. (= muscular chest wall pain). Additionally you rub the two pleural linings of the lungs which hurt when they are inflamed (usually by infection) (=pleurisy). Ibuprofen is usually very good for this kind of pain (either of the above).

Depends: Could be related to chest wall muscle and rib cage problems ... Could be pleurisy or lung problems ... Could be tumor or fluid in or around the lungs ... Should see md if persists or worsens.
