See a doctor ASAP: Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea may be due to acute viral infections or food borne pathogens or toxins, but should not be producing what appears to be bruising of the abdominal wall. This needs to be examined and you should be evaluated by a physician now. Good luck and get better soon.

See Dr. now to check: If you are still having symptoms now, go see your doctor. Call them as soon as possible, so that you can have peace of mind. This cannot be assessed without a physical exam. It's not normal to feel nauseous and to have severe abdominal pain. Passing gas is one thing (temporary). However if you are dehydrated, having diarrhea, constipation, and bruising, your doctor needs to know about this. They can tell you more after the examination, and running tests.
