Pregnancy: If you have had unprotected sex in last 3 months it is very likely that you could be pregnant esp if you were having normal periods in past. Heartburn is common with pregnancy. Light bleeding needs to be evaluated, could be starting of period or a threatened abortion. Plaese see the physician.
