Juicing: I agree with juicing if the pulp was not removed and only if it facilitated increasing your intake of green veggies. Juicing should not be the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle. You should make sure you are not getting too much sugar from excess fruit juice intake. Gradual, sustainable, healthy changes with emphasis on whole-food, plant-based organic ingredients are the best.
