Many reasons: This can be due to chemicals at work that you may be exposed to , or rubbing of your knuckles because of habit or dry skin, but also can be seen in certain ethnicities. Try AM Lactam which helps take off dead skin. If not improving see your dermatologist as there are other medical reasons that could cause this condition.
