Depends on severity: Mild: observation; acute/severe without symptoms: activated charcoal; severe with sx: protect the airway, IV hydration, correct electrolytes, alkalinize the urine with IV sodium bicarbonate; hemodialysis if necessary; psychiatric consultation during recovery.
