Difficult to tell: Why one of your eyes fatigues more quickly than the other. If you haven't had a complete eye evaluation lately, then this should be done in order to rule out any glasses need or other eye conditions. If you do a lot of close work, it's possible that you're experiencing age-related blurring of your reading which can easily be corrected with glasses if needed.
