Need diagnosis: You can not expect treatment unless you truly have a diagnosis of frontal sinusitis. The area above your eyes may not necessarily be your sinuses. The only scientific method of proving that you have a "clogging" of your frontal sinus is a cat scan of the sinuses. See an ENT doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
