Circulatory or neuro: This could be problem with terminal circulation (most distant from heart on limbs). Two causes that come to mind are smokers with underlying disease or vasospasm like raynaud's. If neurological it could be neuropathy from things such as diabetes or B12 deficiency. Need evaluation from pcp to determine referral to correct specialist if needed.
