Check in with Gyn: Miconazole or Monistat is a commonly used antifungal med. It works quite well for vaginal candidiasis. I would wonder though if that's what you really have, or if you have a resistant fungus. That's why I recommend you see your Gyn. They can properly evaluate you and better guide the treatment. I don't see a major problem with '2 rounds' of therapy but there might be something else to diagnose.
