Absolutely not: Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease that is not caused by any infectious agent. You can't catch it from someone else. People with lupus have their own white blood cells attack their own body. If you somehow transferred their white blood cells into you, your body would recognize them as foreign and destroy them immediately.
